Honestly, there's not much to like about working here. The environment is suffocating and toxic. Employees are constantly micromanaged by the CEO, who gets involved in every minor detail instead of focusing on leadership and strategy. Dislikes

There are several things I dislike about working here. First, the culture is extremely toxic. Employees are constantly micromanaged, with the CEO keeping an eye on the smallest details, from when you arrive to when you leave. Instead of letting HR handle employee matters, the CEO intervenes in everything, which creates an atmosphereof distrust. There’s no sense of autonomy or empowerment.
