God work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for Chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Out of order promotions and appraisals. Children of top Partners working in same firm and outside Deloitte preferred for promotions and highest awards and recognitions. Deloitte goes out of the way to promote females in order to maintain a healthy ratio in top management and keep it's image great while deserving folks are skittled away for less or given management gyan as to why they couldn't and they should strive harder. Healthy appraisals is also given to candidates who get after Partners' life and relentless in licking and storm up support. Candidates chided by clients officially on emails are also promoted the same year leading to doing of morale of hard working candidates.
