Friendly and supportive colleagues. If you are humble enough, you can make awesome friends there
Work is not that tough. Anyone can do it if good in English.
Direct communication with onshore clients.
Basically it is a non voice process and has both day and early morning shifts(anz shift)
Had a Happy and funny work life at this company. If you are at your early career stage ( 0-3 years of experience) this is an awesome place to work less pressure.
You can chitchat with your friends and no one will bother you : if you correctly finish your work within the schedule.
Bonus tips: if you are searching for new job after working here, using Deloitte brand name in your job search will benefit you a lot😉

Salary is low. This is a good company, if you got selected, kindly have salary negotiation.
Hike and growth opportunities are average

Colleagues were helpful and friendly. The training provided was beneficial which boosted my skills.

Salary was a little on the lower side and did not help much to cover the expenses, considering the cost of living in such a city. No bonuses were provided other than the annual increment. Work timings were a bit difficult to hold on too, as the workload would vary. Manpower was not equally distributed among the teams, leading to concerns regarding turnover of orders.

Shift time.. No holiday as per Indian standard. No comp off whereas during even natural disaster like 2016 December Chennai flood, you have to come by any means. No Holiday in the weekend. One is selected through series of interview over 5- 6 rounds where written as well as verbal communication both are screened. Once you join you get the feedback only on english part rather than domain knowledge.It seems like a english teaching school where one needs to write in the same format what your reporting person likes you to.less focus on root of the escalation or client satisfaction or expectation. at the same time company that is working for international client sticks to regional culture. The employee speak only in tamil on the floor and most of them dont know how to speak proper/fluent english.very pessimistic attitude overall. For 15 mins delay over entry time they will make big fuss whereas fails to see the extended work time a employee is doing. Extension over 1-2 -3 hrs post 9hrs was very common there. 6-3PM shift, people expected to come out after 5:30PM only....Read More
