Team mates all are friendly and when I struggle in work team mates are very helpful.flexible shift timings and learn everyday new things.

Dislikes

Night shift allowances is very low. Everyday shift extended if volume of job is high. Managers do not value an individual unique strengths.

Salary is not as per market standard. Appraisal is also less. More politics depends on your manager. No work/life balance need to extend working hours if you are new joiners.
