Likes

Company had a real MNC culture in it, had cushion for growth and providing opportunities. Work life balance was very good, though had to work on many weekends, never felt the pain.

Dislikes

have presence in less locations within India, had to leave for the very reason.

Work Details

It all depends mostly on the Project and your Project team, I had good team, had some teething time to get along with Manager and Team, which I believe is common when we enter any new Team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
