And low knowledge manager . Company doesn't value.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Low salary. No employee wealth. Only money oriented approach. Company earns Cr but spends in hundreds. Workers got pressurized and they don't look for their health . Accidents happen but no benefit to worker. No money for development. Owner fills his family pockets thru it . Dirty pol itics play in supervisor( worker senior supervisor). No standard system. Payment cuts . Overtime cuts . Only 50K mediclaim but no use. Workers got harrasment. No value to their work. Traveling hactic. Manager and supervisor takes advantage of workers situation ( majboori ka fayda). 500-800 rs as increment to all. (4-6%) Isse achha to inflation rate hota hai...Read More
