Nothing. At least zero has some value. But this company is the worst company on earth. They don't pay salary even after two - three months. After fighting very hardly we get the orders, but the management says they want another two months to deliver the material on the last day of the d elivery date schedule. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Irregular salary paid for labor and staff.sub contractor paying date cannot honor. Growth is slow.Work pressure high.I have to work 16-18 hours.There is no job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have guide them step by step .which is a pain sometime.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
