They doesn't allow to take break on lunch time. They are allow to take a medical leave more than 2days. They hold my salary just because I am hospitalised and I take a leave more than 3days. They doesn't give me salary of my working days but they cutted PF from my account on that time when I need money. Is it right? Why we do job? If we are not getting money they what is the need of that job? We are employees not a workers. There is no professional environment. Even team leaders are talking non professional with employees. They targeting someone and then try to make that employee alone. No saturday sunday weekoff given in BPO executive as they do not mentioned earlier at the time of joining that there will be no saturday sunday weekoff, Please look in to this and change the management otherwise Proctor session or BPO managed process will get shut down very soon as there are many of peoples are planning to serve notice period.
