Totally Fraud company. They don't give notice after resigning from the organization though I served 22 days after the resignation. Then they sent me a mail asking me to return the company's assets and according to them I followed. After returning company assets as requested, they claimed I absconded due to not serving the notice period. They have incorrectly updated my EPFO record with a wrong Date of Exit(DOE).
