We have to work 12 to 14 hours More wore pressure when compared to other teams my PL is touchering all the team members. For extra hours of no extra payment. Even Saturday and Sunday and in festivals times all my PL asked to hour. No recognition for hard l working people . Only bajana batch will receive all incentives and promotions ,salary hikes. You have to work atleast 12hrs at any cost .
