If we compromise a bit on compassion then it has all other advantages, which lots of other big IT companies doesn't have.

Dislikes

Low perks & remuneration. Too slow Growth. After a certain level, getting a promotion is like next to impossible. All big & long sustaining projects are in Hyderabad, only few in Bangalore.

i don't like the working environment its like jail am specific about COE where i worked. Lot of politics they use n kick out when they don't want.

Cyient HR policies are good. Cyient is like resource management company. It hires people, send them to client location. Or in house odc. Company lacks in long term policy.

Dislikes

They do not have specific JD and role. Managers move people and allocate work as their wish and will. There is no any difference between managerial rank and executive rank. Ranks are useless.
