-Manager rating system (reporting engineer is not good bcz of so many reasons at both sides) -Changing reporting structure at review / appraisal time. -Middle management don't recognize work done - I brought work in UK not utilized by immediate Manager. They should have grevience system to recognize ground level issues and middle management issues.

It offers zero respect to employes. The managers tend to form a syndicate for their growth, put aside the companies growth. From the last 15 years I have not seen a single skill set getting added in aerospace & Defence vertical except the existing Design, stess and after market.
