They conduct multiple awareness programs and they offer certifications which can be claim via reimbursement.

Dislikes

They care more about the revenue and some employees had to cancel their end year leaves and had to work on the year end vacation which usually people would not be doing.

In cyient company only recommended people are working. There are no experience people waste management. Please friends don't join in the cyient company.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

Working here is good but not for long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

The management doesnt have any clue about what to do with the resources. They hire for projects when it is needed and will give you the maximum salary but when the project is finished they will take no time to fire you. The projects they get are mostly short-term. No long term plan with the employees( Mostly 1 year and some cases less than that). Terrible job security and work-life balance.

Many tech talks for skill-up and well being sessions & finance guidance sessions & HR Events/Fun at Work and Employee care, Cyient Provides Skill up trainings in various technologies by the Industry Experts like AI, Data science etc. Good Work Life balance. Management is always thinks about budget. They should focus more on R&D in Product Improvement/development for their some Projects. Appraisal Process are too much of delayed for releasing new hikes. This makes employees to get anger (This should be change). CYIENT customers are really good until 2020 and many part away due to their own development centers in INDIA. So, old teams are of not much use but one with software upgrade should still be able to re-join.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

Its totally a service based company, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. No job security, one day they will say to resign without any prior notice. Salary will be good but no job security. If anyone coming to cyient because of high package please don't come ,with two or three months you will be thrown out even if you are skilled also.

Managers wont respond properly they don't have projects simply they hire the associates and they keep on bench for 6 months and then they force us to resign. Managers are here to take the billing from the projects if the associate got the project if not they force us to resign to the job
