There are no likable things in Cyient. It is like sheep's who are there to be sacrificed. They give you one designation when you are hired. But your work will be completely excel work. Even if you are design engineer. You will be doing data entry work.

Dislikes

I didn't like anything about being in Cyient. There is no authenticity and transparency. People hide things from you. They just take up projects without understanding if it can be accomplished with the workforce available. HR's are not responsive, they try to reduce your salary/payment/allowance everytime by telling all unknown policies that you were not informed during joining. I have lost many allowances and benefits because of these uninformed policies....Read More

People ask you to work 24*7 if possible. No standards. They say flexible timing, but they say that because they can make you work for 16 hours each day.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
