They are not properly paying salaries and there is no accountability. i would like give them Zero star, But unfortunately there is no Zero star available. I haven't get 2 months of salary since my joining. So they said we will process for F&F but its not done. So i left from there. Again they are asking me to pay 3 months of salary to the company. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
