1) office politics is out of hand 2) toxic office culture 3) both MDs are prone to involuntary mood swings 4) no scope of promotion 5) no job security 6) salary dispute 7) when you leave the company, they'll call you to visit multiple times over a period of few months for final salary clearance, in the hope you give up, and ifyou don't they'll pay you less than what they own you. And remember most of them are minimum wage employees who don't have a proper education to understand the whole thing, so they're easily confused by hr.
