Dislikes

Indian Management finance, they are not efficient and often sets unreasonably high expectations for deliverables despite having a minimal staff and will never receive support from the management as all the senior managers who lack in subject knowledge in the processes they are responsible for. This leads to work pressure for staff.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
