There are many 1. If u like working in free culture, Cubedots is not the place 2. Only 3-4 people are running this whole organization this creating a terrible politics. 3. They never give you clear idea as what is required from your end and then blame you for everything. 4. Most imp they don't have projects, they just take 3-4 projects per year and that too the team is not qualified enough to deliver projects on time. They just work on creating their own library. 5. They just use blender and unreal engine and their working style is Damn lengthy. 6. If you just want to create their asset library and loose your creativity, then go ahead with cubedots....Read More

Not working as market standards, Lots of Politics, Rare chance of promotion, Job Insecurity, Can't get enough appraisal, No contact to Boss. Company is running without Boss, only seniors. Most main point is Once you go in then your market value will be ruined. Because they will switch you to their unique pipeline.
