I have joined Cubastion as GTE and trust nothing has changed since 3 years. Rather, new policies were introduced for employee welfare so that we can feel valued. This gave us motivation to work more hard and achieve monthly targets. Thanks to HR for all the support.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
