Only there appraisal system i like otherwise nothing to like it

Director of company take training session and he treat very badly,behave like a dictator, anytime he ask to leave the class, and threaten to talk to HR. For small thing he ask to give resignation.No work life balance, no good culture there, Never ever join this company till you have any other option.
