The HR department particularly some of the female members, need to improve their communication skills and approachability. Instead of being dismissive and judgemental, a more supportive and understanding attitude would greatly enhance the employee experience.

There is clarity in instructions and people around are quite easy to talk to.There are standard practices which are being followed and work is being documented properly which makes the work more understandable and also makes the communication easier.There are recognition ceremonies to motivate employees from time to time.

Work Quality and Job security is good.

Dislikes

Sir/Madam culture. Poor management. HR are puppets and have no values. Doing Code mistakes here, is a crime. No support of experienced colleagues. Even in pandemic, work from office. No gym,no cafeteria,no soft skill training.
