Everything. Teammates - not supportive, discouraging. Training - No Trainings given, not even planned. Job Security - It is good as the whole company is based on Siebel. Career growth - Growth will happen only in initial years of joining, once you know the functionality, there is nothing to do. Salary/Appraisal - Fake CTC, they willinclude gratuity, leave balance etc. to show a handsome CTC. Travel - No onsite as it is booked for bootlickers, mostly running on Indian clients. Even in pandemic, they called everyone to office and many people got Covid positive. Politics - I can write a book, Mental torcher is a common thing here. Work environment - Toxic, Stay away from this company. Innovation - No time given to employees to use their own mind. Whatever is being assigned, just do it. Nothing innovative here.
