There are several benefits here that I truly admire, such as health insurance covering employees and parents. The flexibility of work options-like work from home, anywhere, or hybrid arrangements-is very convenient. Also, the company supports work-life balance for women through flexible hours and extended maternity leaves, along with offering paternity leaves. It's possible that those who mention cons might have on-the-job performance issues. Personally, I haven't encountered any cons so far. My suggestions is, if you aim for a successful, long-term association with the company, focus on delivering good performance.

It's been an amazing experience since I joined 4 years ago. I've been learning a lot in this dynamic workplace where on-the-job performance is a priority. To put it simply, if you aim to become a true professional, this is the place for it.

It was a terrible experience. No proper HR rules, management is not good. No appraisal. Overall experience was bad. The company is not bad but the people's who are managing the system are not managing properly. I would never recommend anyone to join CtrlS.
