Likes

Excellent work environment and culture. Teams coordination and work management is effective. Staff in the field cater for themselves and sought their own accommodation in the sites. Company policies are a bit unfair by not sorting field accommodation and respond to issues raised on time

Dislikes

There is low salary payment and delay in paying the staff on time. No job training given to the staff before they commence work

Work Details

The job is well interesting and struggled to learnt quickly. Field work make me interact with locals and later developed leadership skills as well as problem solving skills.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
