Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. We here in India is a branch of Csg international so we work in dual shift one which is 10-4pm and then 7:30-9:30pm which will occupy your entire day so won't be able to do anything else on working days.
