Work on legacy technologies like EPM and Singleview product. Your work profile will involve working on EPM from 30 - 100%. Mostly all good and smart people have left. Pay scale is below market standards. Seniors will not let you grow. Forget about career growth and promotions.

When the pandemic was looming over the heads of several people, CSG ensured that no one has ever required to be laid off during the most critical and unprecedented time of the decade. Neither any salary cut was introduced for any section of the employees. If we talk about the company policies, yes they are well off with any other most reputed and employee friendly organization, clear as crystal.

if we talk about work culture, I personally feel, there are a lot of scope of improvement at least at the bangalore Delivery Center. Hiring needs to be more strict, bangalore needs to come out from the shade of US driven indian teams culture. Its harshly effects the ability of thinking naturally, making decision and integrity of a resource, if the culture is continued for a longer duration. managers are required be more technical than philosophical be innovative with vast nese of knowledge and with proper people management skills being unbiased . It does not seem nice to hear the same monologue and managerial words such as 'Do Extra', 'Doing Fine', 'US is doing this' over the years. Since most of the driving forces are from US, scope of climbing the ladder at the mid level meritocratically is very less or non existent in India at this moment. Appraisal is given on the basis of your current salary and not on the basis of your performance, if your manager is a so called non technical and bossy....Read More

Very bed work culture management in CSG ,there I worked for more then 1 year. In my career I never experienced this much worst company.

Nothing to learn Too much politics It's a product based organization so experience person who is settled here will show you attitude while help if ask any thing apart from product they will not able to answer and this is reality. No one will listen your problems.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
