The people there are very friendly and helpful. The team gives enough time to get adjusted to the new environment for a new comer.

Dislikes

There are some people who are working from many years they take advantage of their positions and torture the juniors . Few managers consider female employees as useless and keep insulting them in meetings by one or the other way. CSG should filter such people and make their work environment a positive one.

Very comfortable work culture. Employee friendly. Provides a perfect work-life balance. Management along with my peers are very understanding and respectful. Good compensation with the incentive of peace of mind.

Too much push for a things to be done before time. Management doesn’t listen to or think about engineering teams concerns
