Bad work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is not transparent. There are not any company policies, no appraisals and they are not give salary hike but give bonus some time.

Dislikes

There are lot of politics by staff and owner also. Salary is normal, no increment in salary but career growth is nothing. The owner is very big selfish he destroyed your carrier for own growth and through out you from the company. Most of the company employees are cheater borrow the money and never give you back. I struggled a bit in the beginning and whole working career in crimson. The owner didn't give a chance to growth in carrier.
