Teammates were supportive. Company policies were never clear & fair it would change every 5- 10mins.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics which is played by management itself. Salary is decent but no appraisal after certain period of time. You are appointed for something & you are forced to work for everything. They actually loot client as per status.

Work Details

After doing so much for the cafe. I m still listening bad things about me from the management. But the best things what i actually got from this place is true friendship which i will cherish throughout my life.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
