Salary is never paid on time.It seems that accountant in this company, have been studiying by skipping classes since childhood because salary calculation never correct and the owner of this company is a stupid person and there is more one thing "ABANTY MAITY" name she does'nt even have the manners to talk to employees. And Subhojit stupid doen't know Whether he running a company or tea stall. My sugestion to every one is to open a ration shop and work with full dedication these peope deserve that....Read More

They are using one big hall room as their office with one ac and some broken chairs. Mrs. abanty maity doesn't know how to talk to people. She is very very rude.she will force you to work at 11pm at the night.if you face any issues there, she will scream at you more.She will come to the office only 1 day in weekd-color: #fff5e4;">. And the most important thing the company won't pay you the salary properly</mark>.For the first month they will give you the promised salary and from the 2nd month they will tell you that you are not completing your targets so salary will be reduced. I am a part of this company from May 2020, CPUTEK made my pandemic run without worries. I am a part of the designing team and I love to be a part of the team. This is the ideal place to learn latest designing techniques. Supportive seniors and friendly colleagues makes every days work super easy to achieve.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 10 hours a day. Compared to the work pressure salary is low. But with good appreciation from the clients make my handles easier to manage.
