High pressure target, Weekend working compulsion, Hike and opportunities are team to team different within HCC department, Joining in correct team is important. Forcing for production for revenue and no space to improve quality. But finally, have to face quality consequences also.

They will select the candidates in Interview & ask them to come & join in our company .Once we enter the company they are saying that there will be training period whereyou need to write the exam daily even you are good scorer on that exam company will eliminate you without any reason. (Note: During the Training period they will notprovide any salary instead of that we need to expanses for everything company will never take any responsibilities for the employee & also you are not supposed to take leave @ any cost even you have severe health issues you need to go for company). Transportation facilities problem, due to that work life balance is going and can't able to spend personal time at home, even sometimes the timings we spend during work by extending our time getting un noticed but one day if we left early it shows early leaving and need to apply permission there is lack of appreciation for work we do

No work life balance we used to work for 12 hours ...even when you are sick they ask us to work only target matters to them nothing else....no hike ...even they ask us to work on Saturdays and Sundays...They treat you as robots and always treaten to terminate you ...

Worst company No work life balance No job security They hired only freshers because experience are not coming as experience people knows how worst this company is They will extend you beyond 9hrs for sure In HCC last saturday is regular working day HR looks like chapri, No personality If u dont complete target you wont be allowed to go home. Nothing change same culture like vrcm only the name change. Advice to management: Employee need work life balance to get do work of 100% Once employee were happy that time consider that your organisation is growing. Employee need some flexible This corro work like some call centre where attrition is more because of their work culture. 2 days Target is given in one day Leaves for a year is less... that too not granted by superiors No guarantee for job...If no project for 3 months...layoff Incentives will be there only if u reach the month Target with quality. Work life balance is not possible
