No culture of appreciation Will keep a close eye on your work and would wait for any time you make mistake. Say as even if we are late to join a meeting by 2 minute, they would point that out. Overall, how much effort you out into the work, they would not praise you even a single time, instead would ridicule employees for small small things. Too much of work, no work life balance.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
