Nothing yet I consider thought out 1 year of my work experience over there, sone staffs were really very helpful and their guidelines help me to improve more to balance my profession.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
