Very good organization for freshers. Can learn many things. If good projects were alloted, then he/she will shine very well.

Few managers are doing politics. As this is everywhere, we can't do anything. Instead of supporting other departments, better to work on same department which will help to gain scope of work, merits, rewards and more.

Top Management plagued by Bosch Management. I believe in Conti and believe in mission of AN but don’t believe in PL4. The new boss has made the PL as his personal playground and ruined the good culture. Once a collaborative team is now backstabbing and playing pure politics. The core values of company is Trust, For one another, Freedom to act which is reflected aptly in the business environment at Continental. However recently due to some bad strategic decisions at top management level the company is struggling and going through a turbulent time at HO in Germany whereas the growth story is ascending in India. Overall a good organisation to work for.
