I like the work ethics and mentorship and team trust in Consultivo. As Consultivo has onboarded some really reputed customers, nationally and internationally, so we get a great exposure in the workplace. The best I like is no micromanagement. If I'm responsible for my work, and deliver good quality, I'm always appreciated and acknowledged. This gives a sense of satisfaction and self confidence. The growth opportunity is really high even along with a lot of benefits like wfh. Sometimes the client's requirements are too tight in terms of timeline. So at that time it gets a bit hectic to complete the work in time. However This happens not so frequently and the team lead allots other team members to help to meet the deadline. So it's a good team work here. The employees who doesn't deliver quality,
