It was not a good experience, I'll prefer not to join this company again. So much favouritism thay don't allow leaves even if we have it in our bucket. No scope for appraisal, people are getting 50 rs appraisal.

Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. HR( recruiting HR) they think about themselves as CEO's of the company their attitude and rudeness, they dont know anything apart from asking "Tell me something about yourself". They only dont have proper communication skills. They are worst. I worked there 5 years. It is full of domestic process, so dont expect to improve your communications skills, infact you will lose your skills. its best to work for six months and gain basic BPO skills and go away....Read More

This company will ruin your life. They say it's a 9-hour shift during the interview, but you end up working 10-11 hours. You get a 1-hour break, but they tell you to return in 10-15 minutes and skip the rest of your break. There's no overtime pay. They'll expect you to do extra work without any compensation. They treat you like animals and then say they can't pay your salary because your login hours are short, you're taking too many training breaks, etc. Your salary never arrives on time, and sometimes you don't even get your full salary.
