Nothing much to like. Post equiring from TATAs the corporate culture was totally lost.Just for sake share price game there was a merger and with in short span of time got demerged, totally clueless. In this process many jobs got effected which management is least bothered the leadership just need their target,topline and incentives. The leadership in the organisation are just spineless and parasites depends on middle and down the line team members efforts and just spending time in the organisation for decades together they never bother advocate for their team effort and recognise. The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.

I worked in the Canara Bank process at Conneqt Business Solutions, Kharadi , Pune. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. The company provides no salary increment nothing in the span of 3 years they have not increased a single penny, People who are kn the higher positions doesn't like to push the lower cadre to next level. And keep them deprived into the same space. I would not recommend at all to any one who wants to join this company. Work environment is he'll.

There is nothing to like much, however any freshers or people who come from villages for them to develop their basic BPO culture it is useful

HR( recruiting HR) they think about themselves as CEO's of the company their attitude and rudeness, they dont know anything apart from asking "Tell me something about yourself". They only dont have proper communication skills. They are worst. I worked there 5 years. It is full of domestic process, so dont expect to improve your communications skills, infact you will lose your skills. its best to work for six months and gain basic BPO skills and go away....Read More

This company will ruin your life. They say it's a 9-hour shift during the interview, but you end up working 10-11 hours. You get a 1-hour break, but they tell you to return in 10-15 minutes and skip the rest of your break. There's no overtime pay. They'll expect you to do extra work without any compensation. They treat you like animals and then say they can't pay your salary because your login hours are short, you're taking too many training breaks, etc. Your salary never arrives on time, and sometimes you don't even get your full salary.
