Good for freshers ,salary on time.

No growth at all, worst client, worst process is swiggy, It take 1.5 years to apply for IJP if you join as fresher, overall if you get promotion also they wont provide you any document so basically you will act as as TL for the process but after leaving you will get the experience letter for agent. Nevertheless, everymonth salary issues. No chances of promotion at all. If you somehow manage to get you will he a non-documented.

It's my first job I done in q connect business solution any really appreciate they all they have given me a such a good time and I am having a good experience according him like around 2 year's Every sir every HR every mam everyone has teach me a good work life really appreciate thanks a lot to all the madams from Shifa Fatima

Team leader's are very much supportive & helpful...work environment is good& Salary, incentives, growth & employee satisfaction... company should work on this mentioned aspect's.

Growth is slow, no incentives at the time of heavy work pressure, do not value an individual statements or suggestions, canteen food is not good & not hygienic..

...oper client. They have kept around 20 candidates in whatsapp group of a process. Miscommunication about salary, no response about training/induction. U will misguide by HR & every HR has different response. I don't want to name them now, but I will surely edit & name them with proof if I not get my FnF amount.

HR doesn't know the basic etiquettes. They have time to add whatsapp status but never responds. HR will lead this company to go Shutdown.

Waste company to work Big liers in prospective of salary No career growth also If you work 2 to 3 years you will be in the same job role One thing to say about that companies manger he such a rude and irritating person Worst experience in my life to work in that company.

There is a lot of politics in this company Even though they will not train properly in training Once you get into the Job after training no one will support you even though you are a fresher that doesn't they give you a lot of work pressure Manger of that company is worst person I have ever seen in my life Manger don't know the proper work then also he will shouts on every one Such a knowledgeles people and unprofessional behaviour.
