...oper client. They have kept around 20 candidates in whatsapp group of a process. Miscommunication about salary, no response about training/induction. U will misguide by HR & every HR has different response. I don't want to name them now, but I will surely edit & name them with proof if I not get my FnF amount.

HR doesn't know the basic etiquettes. They have time to add whatsapp status but never responds. HR will lead this company to go Shutdown.

It's a very good company to work with a very beautiful work environment. My teammates were excellent and the overall experience is very good.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low for them who are not in the list of favoritism of managers and vice-versa. Too much biaseness coming from Operational Manager. Employee relationship managers are not good at all. They actually work for the managers and will do whatever managers will ask for. If you are such a person who wants to grow with your skill, and you are not a kind of Sirji person. Better, if you play a safe game and less speak with manager.

The only good thing about this company is that you get paid on time, there is never delay in salary.

I can write a essay on this because there is nothing that I like about this company. No job satisfaction at all, no pick up and drop facilities given for night shifts, no scope in incentives. There is no coffee machine and AC for night shift people. No proper canteen, Poor management in everything, no tissues in washroom. Even the Hr of this company are least interested when you talk about your concern. Well I am working here for more than 7 months and it was my worst experience till date, people don't go by it's name TATA, I won't recommend anyone to work here.

Good for freshers ,salary on time.

No growth at all, worst client, worst process is swiggy, It take 1.5 years to apply for IJP if you join as fresher, overall if you get promotion also they wont provide you any document so basically you will act as as TL for the process but after leaving you will get the experience letter for agent. Nevertheless, everymonth salary issues. No chances of promotion at all. If you somehow manage to get you will he a non-documented.
