Company doesn't have a proper client. They have kept around 20 candidates in whatsapp group of a process. Miscommunication about salary, no response about training/induction. U will misguide by HR & every HR has different response. I don't want to name them now, but I will surely edit & name them with proof if I not get my FnF amount.

Dislikes

HR doesn't know the basic etiquettes. They have time to add whatsapp status but never responds. HR will lead this company to go Shutdown.

Before commenting on job, the company itself is useless. Company should hire some professional HR who knows to line up, followup with candidate & resolve doubts instead of some lazy people who works only for sake of hours, salary or do chitchat

It's a very good company to work with a very beautiful work environment. My teammates were excellent and the overall experience is very good.

Compensation is very low for them who are not in the list of favoritism of managers and vice-versa. Too much biaseness coming from Operational Manager. Employee relationship managers are not good at all. They actually work for the managers and will do whatever managers will ask for.
