I am not satisfied with my salary it's very low amount and also some time when its some reason when my toss is not completed then our team leader make force to our employee to take extra call because of some training and quality breaks

Partiality of employees according to their belonging, language, colour, dressing sense. Team leaders and other senior employees do comments on junior employees and too much grouping and bad gangs remove good employees to prevent their promotions. V bad experience. Company owners should be aware otherwise one day this company will close.

Work culture was good enough Helping TL throughout on floor. Work time is fixed for 9 hours no extra 1 minute which is actually good in this kind of field. Whoever who is joining on fresher must join the company and pay is also good enough higher then industry

Management is shit no one will take responsibility for their employees... Boys are fixed for night work only no rotational for boys rotational shift is only for girls

I have been worked for 1year 2 months overall my work life was good at Q conneqt ... Only management won't help or back their employees in need for e.g leaves, shift timing, etc. Good for first timer to join as customer support executive
