No growth at all, worst client, worst process is swiggy, It take 1.5 years to apply for IJP if you join as fresher, overall if you get promotion also they wont provide you any document so basically you will act as as TL for the process but after leaving you will get the experience letter for agent. Conneqt do encourage employees for various functions and they provide job only on the skill and communication they don't check the candidates apperance

In the premises their is no cleanliness and you will find cockroach also and the cleaning for washroom will start only in morning where your time gets wasted and no mobiles allowed in side the floor.
