Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. The work is very comfortable , i like the the process , and management support .

Need to improve in Appraisals, Employee salary increment should be done, help in employment for position, restrooms' should be improved with good hygienic , and cafeteria staff should be changed , food is not well cooked , no neatness and no hygienic is followed . girls should get 1 way cab facility . rest all everything is good , need to improve the above mentioned statement.

Very terrible experience, it is sales more than customer service, they do not care about customer, they open their account without telling them charges. If you do not complete your sales target they will not let you go home, salary is on hold if you take leave of one day they will cancel your week off, they said there hospital is there you have to come to office even if you are serious.. they offered salary 19k but not going to give that much , insurance amount you have to pay from your salary, these things were not tell by them in interview, they told us you will be on bank pay roll in few years but public working since 3-4 years, thane...Read More

Sallery on time. Good client incentive plan. But management was expected more from associate.

Dislikes

One of the wrost company. Priviusally it was TBSSL and Serwizol. Management too much pressure on Associate to complete the target. Pressure them on unithical practices. No work life balance. Highly recommended do not join.

Nothing much to like. Post equiring from TATAs the corporate culture was totally lost.Just for sake share price game there was a merger and with in short span of time got demerged, totally clueless. In this process many jobs got effected which management is least bothered the leadership just need their target,topline and incentives. The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.

Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. They only dont have proper communication skills. They are worst. I worked there 5 years.
