I dislikes there company s management and also his promoted staff partially and also I had worked there more than one year but still they not provide me my last salary and fnf and I also contact with HR Manish and manager Ritam das still they didn't do anything

Work load impact Worklife balance and they dont provide leave encashment benefits eveb though you was not able to avail due to work flow.

Last 3 years a go I'm working as a this company but 1.Rs amount is not increasing & company as not given any kind of bonus ya benefits like Diwali ,dashara so please improve your company roles & regulations.so we are get full benefits. I really very disponited for many changes was deducted by company in employee salary also

It's Indore site, one of the worst place to work, just because of that dictator, focus on girls only who are ready to sacrifice and please him. Talking about the worst human being on earth "AnkushSingh". He offered of competition, he offered from skilled people, feels like working in a hell, worst atmosphere, zero management. Never suggests anyone to join Conneqt Indore site.

Hr is cheater don't inform about performance incentives is flexible while joining and after joining operations will not give u PMI Almost 10k is deducting from my salary in every month Both pf will b deducted from ur salary No growth Only politics I would suggest never join this company

I worked in the Canara Bank process at Conneqt Business Solutions, Kharadi , Pune. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. There is nothing to like much, however any freshers or people who come from villages for them to develop their basic BPO culture it is useful

HR( recruiting HR) they think about themselves as CEO's of the company their attitude and rudeness, they dont know anything apart from asking "Tell me something about yourself". They only dont have proper communication skills. They are worst. I worked there 5 years. It is full of domestic process, so dont expect to improve your communications skills, infact you will lose your skills. its best to work for six months and gain basic BPO skills and go away....Read More

This company will ruin your life. They say it's a 9-hour shift during the interview, but you end up working 10-11 hours. You get a 1-hour break, but they tell you to return in 10-15 minutes and skip the rest of your break. There's no overtime pay. They'll expect you to do extra work without any compensation. They treat you like animals and then say they can't pay your salary because your login hours are short, you're taking too many training breaks, etc. Your salary never arrives on time, and sometimes you don't even get your full salary.
