Team mates were supportive and as a team we have done an innovative events in the organization.

Dislikes

Compensation was not as per the work we have done. It was very low package they offered to our job profile. Work pressure is tremendous compare to salary and not getting enough support because of less manpower. There is no appreciation on our work which we have done every months or years. Bell curve method is a very old method whichdissatisfied employees in every appraisals. They should change the appraisal method....Read More

Work Details

My work was challenging as I have to work on 10 different things at a time. Each department want to done many things from us like My voice team, L&D team, Legal and compliance, ESIC and medi assist C&B. That is the reason we get laser time our work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
