The best thing about concentrix is salary credits on time

Appraisals & promotion happens very rare, concentrix prefers hiring external prospects with high salary package but they don't increase salaries of their tenure employee's.

Job Security is good , you can work without any worry of unemployment .

Salary is not atall satisfactory, yearly increments are as low as 3-4% and you are expected to work extra to justify that 3-4% for next 12 months . Promotions take 5 years or may be more . In some teams the management level and work culture is really good and in other hand their are teams where you are only expected to work till you die and management behaviour is rude and frustrating to a extreme point where employee ends up crying....Read More

Very less pay. Who will work in such low pay. For starting career it’s fine fresher can work in low cycle. Else it’s so so low Ctc. And not so good culture . No as such benefits .BPO culture it is I would say. For HRs just start your career if you are capable you will not work in such low ctc.

The process was really nice.

Work culture, toxic management, one of the TL slapped his girlfriend in the cafeteria still working in the organisation. They pin point a particular employee who are vocal about the Toxic work culture and push all their possible buttons of that employee until they leave. The shift is totally biased, one person is doing midnight for a month then another doing morning for months…

Work-life balance (Most of your year work will be in the Graveyard- about 60% shift of your year) Salary is low (And no night allowance) Promotions are very delayed and you will be sent back to the previous work if they do not have the openings There is no Job security as they will hire you for the Technical Support but will set theincentives on sales even if your profile was not for sales. Everyone helps each for freshers it is like school boy joined college. And you will never get this freedom any other company. You can get easily WFH. I'm working for 2.6 months in this period I just did work WFO only 9 Months.

Well salary is issue solely heavy. You will get less salary as compared any other MNCs company. But if get own vihecle then it is advantage for you can get 4000₹ extra as T.A. and work environment depends on which process in you are.

Worse company to work with. I was forced to work 7 days straight without any leaves and the management altered the data just to hide their mistakes and they blamed me for no reasons. I will be raising a legal case against the company to labour court because forcing anyone to work 7 days is not legal.
