Infrastructure is good. Cab facility is good. Traveling allowance is provided.

Dislikes

Concentrix does not care about their employees. They do not do internal moment once the process is random. It is completely client centric company. T-MOBILE/ Thunder is the worst process in the company. I have seen employees working in the process for more than 5 years were asked to leave resignation as client does not wants to continue with them. Even the company does not have any courtesy move them to another process. Job security is zero....Read More

Cnx is a good company also having multiple process you can work with this is my first job working with cnx. Management was good and supportive i had work experience with Cnx is 1.4 years and job security is 10/10 according to me employee centric company ☺️

Dislikes

It is very low changes to get promotion in this company because of some office politics 🥴

personally think concerns of agents should be given some weightage while planning tthe odd hours shift. Business requirements can be taken care even if the agents start their shift from 10 pm and I don't think it's necessary that business requirements can only be met when the agents have tologin anyhow sharp at 12 am and that too for 4 months in a row. That takes some toll on the well being of the agents....Read More
