Working environment is good. Lots of people in the office. Training for procesess are excelent. Food is really good at the canteen. My teammates were really supportive. We all have a good bonding during work and outside the working zone as well.

Dislikes

Management is little weak especially the transport management. Very less benefits to employees, they deserve more. Work load is heavy and some sort of politics is there.

Work Details

It was interesting for me because I was hired as a L1 associate but in my short time period I have worked mostly for 1.5 and escalated L2. I was actually interested in L2.5 service which I learnt myself without training and my own work felt boring.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
