Don't join. You feel like a slave. HR and management has developed a very strong bonding with each other. So if you have complain about mental and physical harrasment you will find no one reach. Because if you complain with few months this management and HR bonding will create such a environment for you that you will be forced to leave. Very toxic company

Dislikes

Hostile environment for a employee. HR has a ego problem Work life balance is a myth here.

The half-day policy is terrible and the pay scale is way less than the workload.

Want to switch to MNC...need help

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

My day or night begins and ends in the company. A good thing is that they provide pick up and drop. No specific time to take breaks. 5 days working.

Dislikes

Unsatisfactory remuneration. 10.5 hours shift including cab waiting and reporting time buffer, breaks. No employee engagement. No holidays on National holidays or Festivals, if you have a shift you have to go. Double payday on such days. Which is also less. No sports activities organised by the company or any company sponsored parties. No meals. You can pay and have. Team outings are contributed by the team....Read More

Work Details

I was hired as a technical support associate. Yes the process in which I was hired was interesting in the beginning. But eventually it gets boring. I was in blended process. So calls and chats. Mostly chats. The company WAS good.
