Working at Concentrix has been a challenging experience, and I feel compelled to share my observations to help others make an informed decision. 1. Work-Life Balance: The work-life balance at Concentrix is virtually nonexistent. The 9.5-hour workdays, unique to the company in India, are not only exhausting but also violate standardlabor policies. Employees are allowed only two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break, for which they must seek permission to take. Moreover, staying back after shifts for meetings has become the norm, further eroding personal time and creating undue stress. 2. Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

If someone delivery his basic KRA his or her job is secure. No problem with work, we are ask to deliver a reasonable target but there are some issue with C sat rating because of company policy we get dsat by customer.

I don't like working in grave yard shift which start at 1:00 am and ensure at 9:30 am.

Work culture, toxic management, one of the TL slapped his girlfriend in the cafeteria still working in the organisation. They pin point a particular employee who are vocal about the Toxic work culture and push all their possible buttons of that employee until they leave. The shift is totally biased, one person is doing midnight for a month then another doing morning for months…
